About Me

My name is Johnny Da Silva. I was raised in Switzerland, have Portuguese roots, and throughout my professional career I have benefited from Switzerland’s high standards of training, quality, and workmanship.

After completing my professional training as a certified plumbing installer, I founded my own plumbing and heating company in Switzerland, which I successfully managed for eight years. During this time, I completed a wide range of projects and built a strong reputation for reliability, precision, and consistently high-quality work.

I have now settled in the Algarve, Portugal, where I am building a long-term future and bringing my experience in real estate, property management, plumbing, maintenance, and renovations to local and international property owners.

As a real estate consultant with RE/MAX and founder of Da Silva Property Group, I support my clients throughout the entire life cycle of their property — from the purchase and ongoing management to maintenance, repairs, renovations, and a future sale. This gives my clients one trusted point of contact for every aspect of their property.

I speak German, Portuguese, and English, allowing me to communicate clearly with international owners, local authorities, contractors, and all other parties involved.

My goal is to combine the Swiss standard of training and workmanship with the lifestyle and opportunities of the Algarve. Every property is managed with care, professionalism, transparency, and discretion, giving my clients complete peace of mind.
